The Orphanage (R - 2007)

When a woman brings her family back to her childhood home to open an orphanage for handicapped children, her son begins to communicate with an invisible new friend. This ghostly relationship quickly becomes menacing as the horrid secrets of the repurposed manse clamor to be revealed.
